Arena Chiropractic will be offering assessments and treatments from Dr. Rebecca Skiljan, Sheena Isbell, LMT and Acupuncturist Jenn Drew. They have loads of tips on how to stay injury free.
Culinary experts from La Bonne Vie Personal Chefs Service are creating delicious samples for all to enjoy. Plus providing meal prep and planning ideas.
A member of Bluegrass Runners will be available to talk about running, upcoming races, and clothing. Bluegrass Runners is a non-profit organization based in Lexington, KY, devoted to promoting fitness, fellowship, and fun for runners of all ages and abilities.
Voyage Strength Studios own Coach Amy will be leading 30 minute workshops which will focus on the foundations of strength training, human movement and nutrition.
This is a FREE event, open to the public, Friday, March 23rd from 9am until 1pm.
